Support Data
Digital Gun Vault support does not ask for vault files, exports, firearm lists, serial numbers, NFA paperwork, location screenshots, recovery passwords, or master passwords. The project does not intake user data unless the exchange is explicitly granted by the user and explicitly approved by the owner of the Digital Gun Vault application for that specific support need.

App Data
Digital Gun Vault is designed to help users manage their own firearm-related records. App data stays on your device unless you choose to export, back up, or share it. The project does not sync inventory to a hosted service or intake vault contents by default.
If you contact Digital Gun Vault by email, your email address and the information you choose to include will be used only to respond to your request and operate support.
